    Are you sure the tach is reading properly? Do you have the throttle wide open or do you still have throttle left ?

    Yes connect an ohm meter to the 2 black wires rotate the sender till it reads 11 ohms +/- 2. Install the sender with the leg in full down. Then adjust the sender till the guage reads full down.

    Did you have your bilge drain plug out ? I had one inspection officer give me a lecture on drying my boat. Maybe the torrential downpour had something to do with it being wet that I just drove thru. You could still see the rain down the hi way

    Want to replace my broken trim sender. Volvo sx drive. The oem one is a little overpriced. But looking on Amazon there is a few aftermarket ones to pick from. Just wondering who's bought what and were you happy ? Thanks for any help

    @bruceb58 I dont think he needs a new. He probably had his drive up. Mine does this also sometimes. It usually happens when I first launch and fire up the engine. It only does it at a certain drive angle as soon as I trim down some more it goes away. First time it happened it shook the whole boat.

    I currently have hubs from Turning point and have recently bought a Mercury Enertia prop. Does anyone know if the TP hub will work in the Mercury prop ? Thanks

    Tach stopped working

    Just wondering if I need to replace my tach. Its a Faria tach with hour meter. The hour meter still works however the needle just stays at zero. Was working perfectly fine then just quit. Engine is a 4.3 Volvo GXI. Thanks for any advice.

    Grandchildren

    Just wondering if any other members are raising their grandkids. The wife and I have been looking after one of ours since he was 2 months old , turned 6 months old today. Came into our care as our daughter and her bf have a drug problem. Love the little man and brings so much joy to us.
