    Well I lifted her up and put 25 on the middle 2 and 50 on the back 3. I took pics of the gasket, it got some oil residue on a corner but hopefully it’s ok. I rewiped the powerhead mating surface and spot checked the gasket.

    Uh oh, I might be a little low on the 5/16 ones. I ended up going off the spec for head cover (same size bolts) which was 150 in-lb or 12.5 ft-lbs. Do you think 12.5 ft-lbs is enough on those? I can lift powerhead back up, but I don’t want to risk ruining my gaskets. Thanks again for the help...

    I think I found a transom bracket, swivel brack, and power trim package that will swap out. One question I have is where the trim relay(s) are? Are they in the power head somewhere? I saw the starter solenoid is in the diagram for power trim components. Is that used somehow? Thanks!
