    Replacing reverse gear or dog

    I suspect I have a worn reverse gear or dog. I have a 1995 90HP and it clicks and barely moves in reverse. The alignment looks right. How hard is it to replace one or both of these gears? Does anything else need to be replaced (gaskets, seals, etc...)?

    I have a 1995 Sylvan 824 SE and the rear toon extends about 10-12 inches past the stern decking. Does anyone know of a ladder that will fit with this scenario?

    Starter Slow Turning

    I've got a 1995 Force thats probably got the original starter. Recently the starter started turning slow. I thought the battery needed charging. I charged it. No Luck .I've bought another battery and charged it up. Same thing. Could my starter be bad? Any help greatly appreciated.
