    Thanks for the info. I was thinking about removing the pivot housing. The SX-A did away with the allen bolts and requires a tool to remove the pivot pins. So I think I will order that it's only about $60.

    Re: changing prop from a yamaha to a johnson Is this the kit you have? If so the square sleeve fits into the prop from the back side. It should slide almost completely in with very little effort. The hole may look somewhat circular but trust me it's more rounded square.
