    Batteries not charging

    i would start simple, clean battery terminals, make sure alt belt is tight, charge batteries. an old trick is start engine, remove negative terminal from battery while engine running, if it dies, alt bad, if it keeps running, maybe bad batt. jmo

    let it cure and then lightly sand, scuff it up just a bit. use fine sandpaper, you could even use a green scuffy pad.

    just buy another battery with the same specs, no worrys, sounds like someone, Optima or other people with their buy the same are peeing on your leg and telling you its raining. as a mechanic for 50 years, im pretty sure about this, just not intuit sure. lol JMO.
