    Aq131A Carb Help

    been looking all over the net, cant find anything... idles perfect at 850RPM, timing at 6 bdtc, 205 compression.. still runs rough at 3K - 3400 rpm, cant go over it... has the correct prop on it, 14-17. 2 things left that i can think of that is stopping the power, carb or timing belt...

    205 PSI compression??

    all 4 of my cylinders in my aq131a volvo penta have exactly 200-205 psi, wot, 5 compressions, 2 different snapon testers... does this sound holy crap high????

    spark plug help, finding #1 cylinder

    well it sounds like a freaking joke, but the manual says my number 4 cylinder is closest to the flywheel... i have a aq131a VP with 275 outdrive... my issue is cant get past 3200 RPM and now its sputtering and spewing gas out the top of the carb when wot... so im guessing the original owner...
