    duel carbs interchangable

    i have a 79 55hp johnson and my top carb is bad and i have an extra bottom carb. i was woundering. besides the linkage are the carbs interchangable from top to bottom? i know i would have to plug or cap off the large fuel line in the bottom of the lower carb but other then that is it possible?

    tube broke off in carb
