    chewed up carb bolt...

    The long "upper" bolt that comes off the front of the carb and had th idle adjustment knob at on time is alll chewed up... the previous owner mashed it with a pair of pliers. Can it be replaced? If so, what's the process like? Can the part be purchased? Is it part of a rebuild? Thanks!

    Bad Advice On Flywheel Removal!

    Too much oil?

    My local marine repair shop recommended a 50 to 1 ratio for my 55'rude fleetwin 7.5. Is this wrong? Also, my lower unit,when I drained it, had this light greyish creamy stuff.... I flushed it through with some fresh lube.... So much for where this motor has been.... I totally replace the...
