    It doesn’t come on until engine is cranking. Key on it doesn’t pump as tried to use it to drain the tank but didn’t start pumping until I was cranking the engine.

    89 Norris craft 1750 steering fix??

    Thanks for reply. So the helm was slap worn out and it was missing the bushings that centered the shaft on it. It’s all Mercury parts and was available on eBay. Finished it today and now steering is free as it should be and steering wheel back in place.
