04' Johnson 115 HP - Water coming from front of engine

This is a 2004 Johnson 115 hp. I have not looked terribly hard, but when boat is running, I can see water coming out from the front of the engine, just under the engine cover. I took the cover off with the motor running and the water is not inside the compartment. It is coming from somewhere not too easily to see just below the main cover. Water is coming out of the pee hole on the back side of the engine. Below should be a video. What are some things to check? Thank you

I retired in 1991 and am not familiar with your model, but the following has always been the underlying cause of what you explain.

That condition is normally due to water shooting up the driveshaft tube and out the top front motor mount area. Has the water pump been replaced recently or the lower unit removed for some other reason? Sounds like the seal (pump to D/S tube) wasn't replaced.

Just bought the boat yesterday from the previous owner who only had it for six months. Not certain if the water pump has ever been replaced. I just assumed it had not been and planned on replacing it. I hope you are correct. Thank you.
