Hello, please can you help me diagnose what is this failure? The motor seems to bog it fail when trying to rev up, sounds like cuffing, can this be gas pump issue? I hate that I have this boat 3 hours from home and I can't diagnose my self I will rely on a mechanic on the lake but I just want to have an idea of what could be.

You need a better video, One that focuses on where the water is leaking from, and keep the Hands out of the way

Water is leaking through spark plugs cylinder one. Guess the head and head gasket are bad

There is no " head gasket " on your motor.----Perhaps the water jacket might be leaking.-----Not clear in the video.-----Water appears to be streaming from poppit valve vent.

Replacing the Gasket, may or may not result in fixing it. The Water Jacket Cover may have warped, if it ever had gotten too Hot. I replaced the Gasket twice on one of my motors, lasted longer when installed without Sealer. Replacing the Water Jacket Cover solved the problem.

Do you think this leak can cause the failure I showed on the first video?

If the Insulation on the Plug Wires is weak, and there a path to ground, water could be a conductor

I'm confused with this motor, not as my other force outboard, that water jacket is not the same as a cylinder head right? Are the plugs threaded there? Typically I've seen that the cylinder head gasket has the contour shape of the cylinder bores this jacket gaskets is nothing like that... It's frustrating that I don't have the motor here to open it my self.

It is only a water jacket cover.---=-It is NOT a typical cylinder head.----The plugs are NOT threaded into the water jacket cover !

That answers part of my doubts, so if it's leaking not necessarily water is in the Pistons.
I have doubts of the overall failure that doesn't rev up but as Jimmbo said maybe water leak is causing no spark. I don't see the cylinder head in the diagram, is there one? or how does this work?
