Hey Gang,
New to the forum, just picked up a 15' V bottom with a 1984 Seahorse, 15hp.
The motor has a lean/rich mixture knob. The motor only likes to idle when the know is turned counterclockwise. (Sorry can't recall if that is lean or rich) Once the motor is under WOT it does not seem to matter where the mixture knob is turned? After the boat is at WOT, should the mixture knob be adjusted or just leave it alone?
Also on the steering stick side of the motor is small knob, that does not turn, but will push in and out. Ironically the sticker next to the knob indicates spinning the knob will increase something. Any ideas. I can post pictures if that will help.
