I made a jig which was close to the angle of the bottom. Used a razor knife w/jig to start cuts on both sides... Finished the middle with a fillet knife! Then trimmed the pieces individually where necessary while installing them, being careful to keep an even 2" gap for the top piece. Wasn't the prettiest, but I was still able to get the #300 adhesive to tack them in place. The plywood floor will receive some support from the foam.
