If ya have it down to bare metal, then I'd strongly recommend a zinc chromate primer before paint. Otherwise your paint will bubble and peel off in no time.
You positive that boat's a 1940. The logo is a vinyl just like our 60's models.
Okay thanks, as far as Rustoleum Marine Paint, they have topside and boat bottom. My understanding is that boat bottom releases copper to prevent algae buildup and other stuff, although they only have that in two colors, blue and black. I was planning on going with Outside - Semi Gloss White and maybe Inside - Battleship Gray. What are yall's suggestions aas to just using topside for it all since they don't have my intended color for boat bottom?

Wow that could be the only REAL Tin craft of the bunch When did Starcraft buy there way back out of Brunswick? anyone know. If thats steel best make sure of good flotation under them seats.
