Rolmops, the condenser number you gave is the same as on the old ones. Problem is, I don't know how that number relates to the Redline Kit that he gave me. New condensers would have to come off again to see if there is a number on them. If there is, then it's on the end opposite the wire end and that's mounted down and can't be seen without taking it off.

<br /><br />Is it possible for anyone to cross the OEM Kit number that's on the bag to the RedLine number to be sure I have the right kit?<br /><br />The old points have a "M" inside a circle and a small "DD" on them, but no number. I'm at a loss other than waiting until Monday I guess and go back again.

I even had all the old parts with me, but he said he had the right kit, so he never even looked or compared them. Guess I know better next time when the old ones are with me. I'll just look and compare them myself. It's a loooonnnngggg trip there and back. <br /><br />Are Redline parts not well known? Is it advisable to stick with OMC parts?
