I pretty much have the floor cut and dry fitted. I fit the two fuel tanks in, the bottom of the tanks sit about 8-10 inches below the floor. Next is to cut the hatches into the floor. I used 3/4" Exterior (not exposure-1) A-C grade douglas fir 5ply. CDX plywood uses the same waterproof glues but the overall sheet of plywood is a lesser grade. Looking good firewood. What do you have in the center hole in front of the engine compartment? Thats is where my 100 gal fuel cell is.

Re: 1969 Formula update

In front of the motor I have a fish box. Its about 48" long. Then in front of that will be storage area & fresh water tank. I have to replace some wood on the cabin wall on the starboard side, Then I can run the new floor all the way up. Once the floor is down permanently I'll go to work on building seating around the tanks. I want to incorporate a small sink, bait well & tackle storage.(a few drawers etc.)

It was nice to hear back from you Hawkeye.
