1970 115 Evinrude help!

I'm checking over this motor right now, I'm not seeing any difference in vdc when the motor is running or off. I tested the rectifier (checked out ok) and I was wondering if there was a way to test the stator with the motor off.

Forgot to mention; checking for power at the battery.

you can ohmn it, youl have to look up the values or someone might know.
you really want to test voltage out when its at a good charging rpm though

The factory service manuals back in 1970 only used ohms testing. I prefer actual output voltages instead. Try this website: cdielectronics.com They have some excellent troubleshooting information and may have some solid output voltages that you can measure when cranking it over.
