Once you have all your measurements get your foam board and draw a center line with a straight edge.
THen put your 2" marks along this line the same as on your stringer.
Now take your measurement and double it so you can just use the measurement as your center. Just put a mark at each side all the way up, then connect the dots and cut it out a little big. Like 1/4", it will be good as long as you arent a complete hack at connect the dots. I guess if you are then make your marks every 1"! In the picture below the green sharpie was my attempt at just winging it. I was close but there was no way that it wouldve worked. Thankfully I figured this measuring thing out!
Now all you have to do is finish the rest of it. This is how I made the cuts around the bilge so I didnt have to measure and mark.
