Just got it running again the slow speed needle was all the way out. Now its not spiting out water the prop is spining and motor is not getting cool. Please help want to take it out today

Sounds like it's time to remove the lower foot section and rebuild a water pump. Also use some compressed air and blow the water passages out to make sure everything is cleared before reassembling again... Could have some insects stuck in there blocking the water flow too...
