1978 470 - What is leaking here?

Hi all,

The engine has a heat exchanger. Is this antifreeze or raw water leak area?

this is on the end of the exhaust manifold. Is it called the exhaust riser?

Looks like raw water.Drain the system,loosen the manifold and look inside to see if there is rust/ corrosion inside.Check the plugs for rust or water.Your gonna need a new riser gasket.So remove the riser and see if it's leaking into the manifold.J
