Is there any adjustment or limiter for the trim(not tilt) on the 800? mine will trim all the way up (bow) but will only trim down about 1/3 of the way. Battery has a full charge and there is nothing restricting the movement. Thanks
Not sure but I think it's going to be the motor. The jack screw look good and the solenoids are good. I did replace them as they looked to be original(1978). I guess I replace the motor. It only has a range of about 1/2 inch now.
Anyone know of a way to raise the screw with the motor or whatever not working correctly. I would like to get the bow down a little until I get the issue figured out.
Trim issue solved. I had a break in the signal wire. It would make contact with the engine down but as it raised it separated the wire just enough to break contact.
