I have a 1979 Johnson 70 with power tilt/trim. When it's trimmed all the way down, there are 2 rods that touch the motor and stop it from going any further. The motor then sits a few degrees up in relation to the boat, and contributes to proposing. I am not familiar with power tilt/trims. Should these rods be going back in the cylinders, or is there a way to adjust them so I can trim down further? Thanks..
