I was wondering if someone could help me please. I have a 110 HP mercury outboard and I can't find a manual for it. I need to know on the two coils I have a green/white stripe wire and a blue/ whit stripe wire, are those positive or negative wires? the other two are green and blue. Thanks in advance.

Check Ebay and do not go for Clymers or Seloc.
Buy a factory manual.
Blue wire "sky", top cylinder, green wire "grass" lower cylinder.

Green is for #1 cylinder.----Wires with white stripe go to negative.

The oil seals have nothing to do with compression in the cylinders.

I was thinking after looking at everything it must be the crank seals as to why it won't fire with premix into carb.
Leaking crank seals are likely to cause lean running and maybe loss of power but I dont believe they would completely stop the motor from running .
