hi.recently i have purchaced 1983 7.5 hp kicker motor,sn#6240895.after compression and spark turned good.now...when changing impeller found that it was a miss fit(47-89981).it had lots of play by the shaft,water pump base is melted inside by the cupandthe water intake is almost blocked.i dig into it more ad found that i have .438" shaft and cannot find replacment pump complete kit.my water pump base has 46-92969 satamped on it and i can't find replacment.www.mercruiserparts.com lists housing 46-92970a1 to fit that shaft with impeller #47-89980.does sierra makes complete kits for .438 ..or i have to buy housing,seals,o-rings etc.separetly?any thoughts on nthis are appretiated
