Hi all,<br /><br />Wondering if anyone knew what would cause and engine to flood like crazy. I was in Bouge Sound this weekend and everything was running great. Started getting what felt like the gear popping out but was real quick. Then all of the sudden, the power droped quickly and then the engined died. Found that while it was running the carb was spitting fuel. I had a valve for the fuel and found that if I cut it down to nothing it would start and run till it ran out of fuel in the line. Also found that I could control it by cracking the valve just a bit to get a steady stream of fuel. I have no idea what could cause this other than the fuel pump going nuts and sending way too much fuel to the carb. Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it?
