1987 johnson v4 110 cyl 4 not running

Yes I measured spark. I got out to 14mm or 15mm before it stopped working.

Both carbs have been taken off and completely apart and cleaned. Also I swapped the top carb with the bottom carb and the problem stayed in the same place so that leads me to believe it's not carb related.

14/15mm spark is good. What was it that stopped working? (i.e., could be a bad plug wire or bad wire connection.)

I still don't know why it's not working.
But I got a phone call today from the boat mechanic.
He had a cancellation so I took mine in. So I guess I'll have a answer soon
