1992 Johnson 150 power problem

1992 Johnson 150 model number TJ150GLENC motor. The motor has little power and dies at take off when given full power. I pulled the plugs which are new (have less then 3 hours) and its running rich on oil. At low speeds you can smell gas and it now its starting hard. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks in advance!

Check each plugwire for spark. A spark checker or an inductive timing light should help you determine the quality of the spark on each plugwire.
