Okay, next after a test fit...

I mixed a batch of PB and coated the mating surfaces, pulled all plumbing and wiring through, then set it down in place and weighed it down. This is what it looked like at that point.

The two small strips on either side are where the edges of the seat base overhang the center deck piece. I opted to do the center raised this way so that any water that makes it into the boat has to hit the edge of the center piece and go around it, rather than sweeping right across the hatches (which are not fully water tight).
At this point I gave it another 2 weeks to fully cure because I really didn't want to screw up my final coats of paint, especially as the paint is really expensive!
