Expensive wow at that price maybe i,ll clean the one i have out and list it, It has gunk in the pump lines. the engine i stripped was a 1997 40 ho oil injected 4 stoke 4 cylinder I still have the stator flywheel 3 coils fuel regulator stator adapter and a main electrical part wit alot of wires going through it. if you need. any of them before they sell on eBay let me know I,ll make an offer you can,t refuse. did you disconnect the hose from the engine at the pump. leaving the line from the tank? turn engine until it pumps good then replace the engin hose. That may be the bleeder hole but undoing the hose is a good idea. Update after inspection of the pump which appears to be the same as yours it is easy to take apart clean inspect and rebuild. The screw you indicated does seem to be the bleed screw at the bottom of the cylinder I sent you notification you may want to read. The pump i have appears now to be sucking when i vaccum it through my mouth (Draws) I,m gonna try with oil in a bit. spining the driver. I Used carb cleaner to shoot out the lines passagways and the pump cylinder. then reassemble it
