Hello to you,
I have a question about my 1995 Honda Civic DX, manual drive transmission not even turning over to start. Today, I went to work and everything was good but after work was over with went to crank it up and nothing no clicking, starting or nothing. I was able to pop the clutch to get it cranked and drove home. I checked the battery with my voltmeter and have 12.88 volts but did not load test it. So I am assuming the battery is good if I have 12.88 volts according to my volt meter, correct? I also took my starter out and had it tested at Advance Auto parts and it tested good. I also cleaned the positive/negative battery terminal and still I do not get anything when turning the ignition key to on. I do press down on the clutch pedal, and still nothing. What can it be. I hope not the ignition switch though because there pricey. Let me know what it could be becuase I am not sure. I did check the 7.5 volt fuse and it was good.
