1995 Johnson tilt trim problem

I have a 1995 Johnson Faststrike 175. For some reason the engine will tilt up or down on its own. I have replaced both relays but still have the problem. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this particular engine. If anyone has had this problem and found a fix I would appreciate it.

most likely culprit is the trim switch mounted on the pan...disconnect it and problem should go away.

Thanks Wayne, tried that with no success. Also disconnected trim switch on front panel. Only switch I counldn't eliminate was the one in the throttle handle. What has me stumped is it fails in both directions. Sometimes after I put everything back together it waits about 3-5 minutes then fails. If I could find a wiring diagram maybe it would help.

I was hoping to avoid the expense of buying a manual. But if no one has the diagram I guess that is the way to go. Perhaps someone has the manual and can send it. Thanks for your advise.
