Pop the hood and look down where the shift cable hooks up to the shifter lever, thats where the interrupt switch is located.
They are known to get gummed up and have the plunger stick.
On the spark tester, set the gap to 7/16th inch, it should jump with a blue snap, yellow is fail.
Compression is ok, maybe could use a dose of seafoam to even them out.
