(2) 98 115 evinrudes leak

there is oil and maybe gas mixture running or driping down from the cowling it is the color of new oil. the motors (2) both engines started about the same time. they may sit for a week or two, nothing happens then they leak. do not leak when running. I can not see where the leak is from. HELP

are the FICHT or Carbed? if carbed, are they tilted up? are the fuel lines connected? if so the carbs could be overflowing, because they are out of level. the gas expands in the gas tank, applying pressure.

the motors are not tilted and they are carbs
