You didn't give us much information. It may be as simple as a blown fuse or as bad as a blown EMM (probably not EMM if you have a CE light). Do all the LEDs light up on the panel when you turn the key on or just the CE light?? Any horn sounding? What happens when you crank, anything (lights, clicking, fuel pump whine)?
If you have a check engine light, you'll need to read the stored code(s) using the Evinrude software or use the manual procedure to flash the code on the display. Without the software though you're really poking around in the dark.
Couple of things to check:
1) Battery voltage - be sure you have strong batteries hooked up.
2) Main fuse
3) Fuses in fuse box
4) Fuseable link in harness
