Cause for some reason the pump acts like it is lowering the motor AKA you can hear it turn on but it wont go down, and i need it to lower cause its in trailer positon and i want to test the drive unit out and see what need replacing (w/o tearing up the you joints and having to replace those also)
Ok I see now... I can't direct you on what could be causing problems but if you absolutely need to get it lowered to test before you figure it out just pull the trim rams off. Won't take 5 mins... Lower the drive to height needed and support it. You checked the fluid in the trim pump reservoir? It'll let you know real quick if you've got a bad seal.
Ok guys long time no talk. So i finally figured out why the lower would not well Lower so i sat on the outdrive after greasing the rods up and it slid in nice and easily after that now they work fine. but bad news is im rebuilding the motor i got it out about a week ago (and broke my childhood swing set in the process) so that basically rounds up everything ive done motor is not even been torn apart yet cuz i dont have the money right now(to busy buying christmas presents on layaway) but that might change since i have to tlk to a lawyer today after some person rear ended me on the highway on sunday and hurt my back.
