Get to work on the project this Sat. Have not had much time as work picked up. Also I host a rather large BBQ on labor Day weekend. Our Pig Party! Had to spent time getting things redy for 40-60 people= kids. It was the 1st year at this place so there was alot extra to do.
Going to build the bracing to hold the transom while I'm glassing. Can't wait to smell resin kicking again!!!!!!!!

No I didn't die or something! LOL I sprained my rt. wrist in April at work. It has got to where I can't hold anything with my right hand for the pain. Am trying to get the L&I claim reopened so I can get in to see a Orthopidic DR. Think it was more than a sprain that didn't show on the Xray. I'm in the the mothballing for the winter stage. Deer season opens in 2 weeks and then Elk. Then its going to be to cold to work outside even if my wrist would let me. Glad I didn't buy my supplies allready:mad:

Yep, I'm still here. check things daily to see who's doing what! Can't work on my boat. Look at it and thats all I can do. Got my L&I claim reopened and saw the Doc. yeasterday. Not a good outcome. They took new Xrays and it seems I've had a broken wrist since April! Broke the end off the Ulna(smaller forearm bone) and its been on a walkabout. Get to see a Doc about surgery on Jan. 7. Lost the canopy setup over the boat while I was gone hunting(not to far south of OPPS,LOL),Had some wind gust up tp 65 and torn thing up pertty good. Broke all the metal framing up. Son got it covered back up but tied the tarp to a tank I had put the old fuel in,ropes hooked the spiggot and turned it on. 25 gal. of old gas on the ground. That was fun to cleanup!. Nuff whineing for now. Hands hurting from typing. Latter

Re: 24' Silverline Project

hey Fishseeker, looks like a nice project. I'm in the Puget Sound area as well (near Tacoma) and have just gotten myself a project fishing/crabbing boat also (although I'm new to saltwater fishing). I picked up a 1980 Penn Yan and am looking forward to diving in soon.

Hope your wrist will feel better soon so you can get back to work.
