50 Mercury power trim and tilt problem

I have a 1995 50 Mercury with very low hours. Was going to use it this week but noticed the power trim and tilt will go down but not up. Only clicks when the up button is pushed. Any suggestions?

If the pump motor only clicks in both up and down, the motor probably has a stuck brush or a bad brush

The pump motor runs normally going down, but not going up. It does the same using either the up/down button on the motor or on the thumb control.

Hi. I had this problem last year. I changed the 2 relays for the trim.
