Probably somewhere around 2-3 GPH at worst.

Re: 502's gallons per hour

I run 7.4L (454's) on a 37' (21,000 lbs), so your GPH should run about the same.

700 RPM = 4-5 MPH = .5-.8 GPH per engine
1000 RPM = 7-9 MPH = .8-1.0 GPH per engine
1200-1400 RPM = 10-11 MPH = 2.0-3.0 GPH per engine
2000 RPM = 14 MPH = 5-6 GPH per engine

Ready for this one? 24 MPH (4200 RPM) = 18-20 GPH per engine

All of this is based on power to weight ratios, proper tuning of the engines, hull condition, trim tab settings, boat load, etc.
