Re: 5200 curing in dry desert heat???
You need to keep the 5200 in a moist environment or it WILL NOT cure for a long time out here in the desert. Misting is a bad idea as it will leave droplet marks in the 5200, first hand experience talking here.
So what are you sealing up with the 5200?
I've used a trash bag (plastic sheet) and a wet towel to create a humid environment. For small parts I've put some water in a bucket, then suspended the parts above the water. Anything to keep the 5200 away from the water, but in humid air. The hardest thing is to keep things from touching the 5200 while it's curing, tough when covering it with plastic....
I have a mini swamp cooler for the garage that would work great for curing 5200.
