Is the engine out? Or even if it's installed, if you can reach the sides of the block you can pull the core plugs and wash the heck out of the cooling jacket. If not you can still do your best to get as much glunk as possible out of there with spraying and cleaners etc. The cooling passages are cast iron so there is hardly any chemical that can hurt. Just do your best.

Oil isn't good, other issues may be because to much heat and not enough water. Only three places for oil in your engine, block, power steering and oil cooler

So, there's a superflush system installed on my engine. Are the core plugs the spots on the block in the middle towards the bottom where the superflush has 2 hoses run? (One on each side)

Power steering cooler? I'm checking that next.
On mine, It's in the intake line from the transom
to the water pump.

So, just to conclude this topic....It ended up being bravoitis. Thanks to Nautinights for bringing it up, Alldodge for the many responses and the research on both these topics and all the others who took time to research, post, and advise. I have made a youtube video (will post soon) to try and put something out there visually to help people with this as I was not able to find any videos while I was going through this.

Also, reference this topic for further reference, part numbers, different solutions, etc:
