Racerone you were very right about the sheared key. I finally got the courage to pull the flywheel tonight and it was definitely broke. I am going to be getting a new one tomorrow and putting it all back together. I cleaned everything up very carefully. I also went through and lubricating everything tonight and it seems to move freely and not gummed up. I will be taking it out to the lake tomorrow afternoon so I should get a good feeling if it all worked. I will keep everyone informed.
