No movement in tilt and trim system when switch is pushed up or down. Pump head is hot to the touch and cables coming from battery are hot to tocuh. When the switch is pushed I hear a click from the solenoid and after holding the switch for a few seconds I hear a gulping sound coming from pump. It has a leaking seal on top of one of the push cylinders, fluid leaking out top where rod come out. Is my pump fried? How can I fix it? Thank you!

Sure sounds like pump(s) are either gone or frozen up some how and that IS the reason for pump, cables getting hot. I suggest that until you remove the actual pump or pumps and find out what is stalling them or whatever, don't try to operate them anymore. You are frying both the cables and battery doing so. And not to mention the solenoid or relay contacts too. If you keep tying to make them run, you are causing yourself more damaged parts to replace... Time to rebuild now...
