Hey guys...Pops and I were out today and all of a sudden the motor stopped spitting water and got hot. I think it is safe to assume the water pump stopped working.
I shut it down pretty quick and we got a tow back.
What does an impeller/water pump change entail?
Seems like there are 4 maybe 5 bolts keeping the upper and lower together.
I imagine if it is like my mercrusier, we could split the upper and lower and it should be right there.

Fingers are crossed that we didn't overheat the powerhead......Any signs we should look for?
