'85 8hp Evinrude carburetor attachment bolts replaceable?

It is a model E8RCOB and the threads are bad on one of the bolts that hold the carb on. Are they replaceable through the back? Thanks.

Looking at the diagram at http://shop2.evinrude.com , the studs on the intake manifold are not shown as replaceable.

You could possibly rethread the stud with a die, or take the intake manifold to a machine shop to see if the can press a new one in there
