9.9 Mercury lower crank shaft bearing removal

I have a bearing puller and have removed the circlip. This bearing seems to need a lot of force. Any thoughts?

remember the new bearing needs to be pressed on also, take it to a machine shop and they can do upper and lower bearings for you in no time
