The oil leak down the back of the midsection may be the result of a deteriorating base gasket. Run the engine with the cowling off and see if you get any exhaust in the powerhead area. A common problem with these older crossflows.

This chap above may be right.
You could use a spark checker on those plugs to check they are firing ok.
Look for any difference between plugs

not sure which carb feeds that plug ..I was out looking at the plugs and coils and noticed fuel lines are pretty wet from fuel and pooling under the carbs area.there must be a fuel leak/restriction would this contribute to oil leak? and ruff running and excess blue smoke ?

Stop jumping around and guessing here.----------Start with a compression test.-----What are the values ?----Then check to make sure that you have strong spark at each plug lead.--By strong spark we mean spark that will jump a gap of 7/16" or more.--Report what you find there.-----White porcelain on a plug may mean there is no spark on that cylinder.----Or it may mean no fuel present.

cant tell if its coming from a hose or out of the carbs I cant see where the main line goes into the carbs or if it goes into the VRO first then into the carbs not sure how it works..vro is disconnected

If its carbs you will probably see fuel on the throat of the carbs.
Does your primer bulb hold firm with engine off?
You need to track it down

ok I have done the compression test and have gotten these readings #1 95, #2 95, #3 93, #4 95. I have spark test to do in a few mins. and will report...(motor model# J90TLCCA)

for at least thirty seconds or so with engine off

got all plugs out (kill switch still pulled from comp test) open gap teste hooked to plug wire and clipped to engine block and no spark..

hows the ground on the block? have you tried putting plug in and grounding it onto that?
what gaps it at?
kill switch pulled out? what do you mean here?

I pulled the red kill switch just like u would in an emergency...

that is how the motor stops in an emergency, pulling that stops all spark! so that works fine
