Re: 99 Glastron Value + info (potential buy)
Here is the nada value. I believe it the value went up a bit when you changed it to the 190hp from the 135hp. Either way, he's not correct when he says its under nada.

I live here in phoenix as well. Do NOT pay 8k for that boat. If I were you, and you're losing sleep over the boat, I would do like others have suggested and offer him somwhere around 6-6,500 cash. See where he goes from there, and make your decision. He obvioulsy doesn't have people knocking down his door to buy it, if he's calling you back.
If you've been watching craigslist for a while you may have seen the 2009 Crowline with 10hrs..I believe it had a tower, 4.3 nice trailer ect. He started I believe at 26,000, a few weeks later he was at 15k. This boat was 34k new.
Unless you are stuck on a Glastron, I might take a look at this boat.
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/boa/916231620.html I have conversed with the seller, and I'm very confident you can get under 7k, probably close to 6,500. Has the Bimini top, 4.3 and a much better seating arrangement(my opinion) if you plan on taking friends out. That Glastron has the bench seat, which really reduces the space in the boat, along with 2 captains chairs...This Sea Ray has back to back seating with jumpseats which will make the boat feel much bigger inside. Again, my opinion.
Here are some nice pictures of this boat, the seller sent me. Good Luck.
