I still say that an ignorant vote is just as bad as if not worse than not voting.

DJ, please don't misunderstand me on this one, I agree that voting is often taken for granted as one of our most important rights. I just don't agree that voting for the sake of voting is right either.........

I didn't say anything about "ignorant vote".

Voting is not only a privelege, it is also a duty-in my book. Not informed? Get informed.

Anybody see the Goldwater biography? Hillery was a Republican in 1964 and voted for Barry. I'm glad she knew a real Republican before the party was diluted:| However, don't let facts get in the way, get out there and vote.

Trust me, if the voting percentage went up by 10%, it would scare the he!! out of the politicians.

A 10% shift in votes to an third party would scare them more.
I can't in clear conscience vote for a Democrat or Republican in national elections any more.
I'm going to vote for a party that best represents my values. The Federal Reserve and income taxes, the United Nations, Imperialism and being the worlds police, intrusive/ obese/corrupt government is absurd to me.
Almost any American Independent/Constitutional party candidate will do at this point.

Pssst, JRJthe boat is loaded and the alarm is set for a 5AM launch at Woodson Bridge for the opening of G1 late season Buck. I'm so excited I can't sleep......

Would these possibly be the same people in some cases that fought in WWII, Korea and Viet Nam? They laid in on the line, what have you done?

And why did you think all of those illegal aliens will be granted amnesty? What better way to temporarily shore up social security than pull several million new taxpayers onto the SSI income tax roll.

It ain't Dubya & Co's fault. Every Ponzi scheme must fail by its very design. SSI is a textbook Ponzi scheme. It cannot survive, it is designed to fail, and failing it is.
