The wife and I have been shopping for over a few months for a new electric kitchen range. We decided on a model via research however, we really want to "kick the tires" on the model we want. We have spent hours on the phone and every time we have been in a town we have visited the appliance stores. I could not see spending money on a major appliance without seeing it in person first.
This past Friday while we were shopping at HD we asked if they were ever going to get this range in so we could see one in person. The salesperson said the control on what is stocked is not done at the store level and doubted our model would ever come in. He recommended that we email the CEO of HD.
Last night I did exactly that and emailed the CEO. This afternoon I received a call and I should have a definitive answer by Wednesday.
The response time was incredible and considering this is a holiday weekend too!
Time will tell but I was pleased by the call.
