I have done some reading here regarding the amsoil 100:1 controversey but my question is differant.I bought a old Aquascooter for my kid to paly with next year and if you are unfamiliar with what they are I will include a pic and some info. They are a 2 stroke powered, submersible to snorkel depth water scooter..My question is concerning the oil mix.
It is supposed to run 50:1 originally but the problem is they are running submerged in the water so they run very cool of course and that can cause problems with a cool running motor getting carbon buildup, plug fouling and such.If you know anything about this oil let me know your opinions if the saber synthetic outboard would be a good choice for the scooter knowing it will be running super cool under the water.I think LubeDude is a amsoil dealer,if your still here let me know your input...Thanks
